Custom Built BBQ Trailer with Twin Rotissere Cookers - Replica of Southern Yankee Smoker. This 7.5 x 18 trailer was used to sell all sorts of bbq and rotisserie meats, chicken, baby back ribs, pulled pork, etc. Twin Rotissere Cookers mounted on 18' trailer. 6 - 12" cooking shelves in each rotissere 6' long.  Steps on each side and fold down feet on 10' centers to place 10x10 canopy over cooking area.
