Length: 24 FT, Width: 8.5 FT, Height: 7 FT. Used for only 6 months. BBQ foods are a HOT tend right now... get some extra income and have some fun! Grill / Smoker / Rotisserie is Custom made per Florida regulations in 2004 by Southern Yankee BBQ Co. out of Indiana. Trailer by Southwest Trailer Manufacturing.
The rear of the trailer, where the rotisserie / smoker / grill is located, has a wire mesh cover over it so you can cook without worry of things like bird droppings or leaves getting in the food. (This is per Florida health dept. regs.) Cook out of the back, serve out of the front pass-through windows.
Grill is wood OR charcoal with a smoker stack; rotisserie runs off of electricity. The grill is 6 1/2 wide by 5 foot tall and has (6) - 6 foot totating racks with a seperate wood chamber - The cooking chamber will hold approx 14-16 racks of ribs which equates to a whole box!
