This food concession trailer was stripped down to frame and insulated on sides (can operate in winter with insulation we put in-we are currently doing winter events and with 1 small space heater, have had no issues with water lines or tanks freezing), rear, and roof with 1” foam board insulation as well. The interior sides and roof have been upgraded with high-quality plastic tongue and groove panels, custom fit for a polished finish, after being initially lined with OSB.
